  27. Are you sure the "Access denied" message is because of local security?
  28. It might be giving you that message because the file system wasn't closed
  29. properly ( it's not closed when the computer locks up ).  Why don't you
  30. try booting off a floppy and doing a chkdsk c: /f:3?
