  14. I'm sorry if this is a faq but I didn't read this newsgroup regularly and found
  15. no similar problem in the latest postings.
  16. The subject says it all.
  17. Fdisk didn't recognize my 2nd hd. Though it knows that I have two hd's 
  18. (I can choose between disk 1 and 2) when I select the 2nd disk the
  19. partition information doesn't change : it is still the info of the 1st disk.
  20. I then got out of fdisk and in the command interpreter. There I can access
  21. 4 different partitions of my 1st disk although I have only two dos partitions.
  22. (The solution is that partition c and d is the same - and partition e and f.)
  23. I have no access to the 2nd drive.

  25. Perhaps some kind soul could help me please.

  27. Just my configuration :
  28. I have a noname 486/33 with 16mb , Adaptec 1542B SCSI-Controller ,
  29. the 1st drive is a noname 100mb At-Bus 
  30. the 2nd a Quantum Pro 425S.
