- Hi OS/2 guys!
-
- I'm sorry if this is a faq but I didn't read this newsgroup regularly and found
- no similar problem in the latest postings.
- The subject says it all.
- Fdisk didn't recognize my 2nd hd. Though it knows that I have two hd's
- (I can choose between disk 1 and 2) when I select the 2nd disk the
- partition information doesn't change : it is still the info of the 1st disk.
- I then got out of fdisk and in the command interpreter. There I can access
- 4 different partitions of my 1st disk although I have only two dos partitions.
- (The solution is that partition c and d is the same - and partition e and f.)
- I have no access to the 2nd drive.
-
- Perhaps some kind soul could help me please.
-
- Just my configuration :
- I have a noname 486/33 with 16mb , Adaptec 1542B SCSI-Controller ,
- the 1st drive is a noname 100mb At-Bus
- the 2nd a Quantum Pro 425S.
-
- A ton of thanx in advance!
- Matze
