  29.      I tried to do this (yes, I did consult your FAQ before posting), but the
  30. two disks wouldn't list any files in the partition.  I'd have my E: prompt,
  31. do a DIR, nothing.  The problem was definately in the SIO/VSIO drivers 
  32. (the system would freeze once it initialized my COM3 when it ran the drivers
  33. in config.sys), why would I not be able to access the files?

  42.      No, my SoundBlaster is on IRQ 2, well away from my mouse, modem and
  43. printer...the reason I ask is that all sound support in OS/2 works fine except
  44. for the applets specifically for OS/2...
  45.      I had similar problems with the WinOS231 beta that came with the 2.00.1
  46. beta, but that works fine with 2.1...
