- I am trying to delete the driver for NECSilentwriter 95, a PostScript
- driver, and am having difficulty making it disappear.
-
- I had 2 print objects, one using IBMNULL driver, the other the NEC
- PostScript driver. Drivers appeared in the printer
- object/settings/print driver for null, Silentwriter 90, and generic
- PostScript.
-
- I have deleted the object from the workplace shell, deleted the *.drv
- files, in fact deleted the \os2\dll\pscript *directory* and started
- over.
-
- I then dragged a new printer object from the template folder. Lo and
- behold, those drivers that I deleted *still* appear in the
- settings/print driver window!
-
- Furthermore, DeScribe 3.0 BoldGold demo, in its printer window, is
- recognizing only the NECSilentwriter driver, though it *should* have
- been deleted.
-
- Have I been drinking too much? What am I missing?
