  20. Apparently it also has the foreground follows mouse behaviour ( ie, it
  21. seems that in OS2 foreground and focus are tied together) If so tht
  22. behaviour would be even more intollerable than at present-to have
  23. windows popping to the forground all the time as my mouse happened to go
  24. over them would make me seasick, and would make planning whee to  go
  25. with the mouse difficult. 
  26. Can OS2 seperate focus and foreground? That is what I would want!
