- Grrrr.
-
-
- I can't install OS/2 2.1 beta.
-
- It gets all the way to the LAST DISK, and then it hangs.
- If I reboot after that, OS/2 starts to boot from the hard disk, buten
- hangs at the logo. At this point, pressing enter once makes
- it access the harddisk. pressing enter again, and OS/2 starts churning
- and then no more keyboard action is recognized (from this point, ctrl-alt-del
- no longer works)
-
- I tried changing the spb506.add driver as suggested, with no luck. I tried
- the newer version from IBM, I also tried the generic int13 driver,
- and OS/2 can't boot either.
-
- what's wrong?
- (IDE drive, AMI BIOS, AMD386-40, HPFS formatted)
