- Help! Telix 3.15 running in a background windowed DOS session
- can't maintain a download at 2400BPS. It starts with a decent
- CPS but eventually drops to about 30 CPS and fails.
-
- Other running programs are the clock, another DOS session, and
- an OS/2 window (with nothing really running).
-
- I've tweaked the DOS settings as per the FAQ (COM_HOLD on etc..)
- and it still fails.
-
- I'm running a 386DX-25, 8megs ram, WD 170 meg drive, and plain
- VGA (Trident 9000). CSD level=XR02000.. I just bought OS/2 last
- week and did a full install.
-
- WHAT'S WRONG? I don't want to install beta com drivers or anything...
- please tell me how to get this to work with the basic OS/2 package.
