  11. Help!  Telix 3.15 running in a background windowed DOS session
  12. can't maintain a download at 2400BPS.  It starts with a decent
  13. CPS but eventually drops to about 30 CPS and fails.

  15. Other running programs are the clock, another DOS session, and
  16. an OS/2 window (with nothing really running).

  18. I've tweaked the DOS settings as per the FAQ (COM_HOLD on etc..)
  19. and it still fails.

  21. I'm running a 386DX-25, 8megs ram, WD 170 meg drive, and plain
  22. VGA (Trident 9000).  CSD level=XR02000.. I just bought OS/2 last
  23. week and did a full install.

  25. WHAT'S WRONG?  I don't want to install beta com drivers or anything...
  26. please tell me how to get this to work with the basic OS/2 package.
