- Everybody makes things sound so black and white. I'd agree with the
- last sentence if it said, "...OS/2 will be more likely to fail."

- The documentation provided should be appropriate for the audience.
- IBM clearly misjudged this aspect of the product in 2.0; 2.1 will have
- a "real" manual. However, we all can I agree (I hope) that the
- particulars on remote LAN installation from a Novell Server (for
- example) or writing an installable file system do not belong in the
- base product documentation.
