  19. Perhaps someone with more experience will answer. I'll just mention that
  20. Stallman does discuss the GNU project (and how we can help) in the GNU 
  21. EMACS manual. Also, if I recall correctly, prep.ai.mit.edu suggests that
  22. universities and businesses order the GNU utilities on tape, so that GNU
  23. can receive a small amount of money.
