  24. You take your choice and pay your price.  I did it on three machines and
  25. 3 of 3 worked very weird from odd things to total failure.  No data
  26. loss however (it didn't lose anything I had had on my disk, some
  27. failures resulted in loss of what I was doing at the time).  I also
  28. tried to do it with a reformat and restore using wpsbck procedures.
  29. Also real weird results.  The problem there seemed to be that it was
  30. overwriting what 2.1 had installed for the desktop including all of the
  31. templates.  My programs didn't seem to recognize Win 3.1 after I did
  32. the wpsrest.cmd.  Oh well, as usual with betas, milage may vary.
