- I'm not a windows user, but I still use this application. It runs just fine
- under OS/2. Bot full screen and seamless. On 16 color devices when loading
- 256 color gifs you will get either the quick dither or closest match, however
- when you save the file to a different format, the palette will be preserved
- unless of course you tell WinGif to actually dither it for you.
