  12. Sounds like a problem with the disk change line.  There may be a jumper
  13. on the floppy disk drive that is set incorrectly.  Look for a jumper
  14. labelled AT/XT or DSK CHG.  It can also be a drive or controller problem.
  15. On one system that had this problem we had to replace the disk drive
  16. (Mitsumi) and the floppy controller because neither one was designed
  17. to support the disk change line.
