- The click is fine -- monitors are supposed to do that. If they
- didn't, then you should worry. :-)

- Good idea, naturally, but then you run into the problem of losing
- "generic" support for all those SuperVGA adapters. You can optimize
- for one, but then you won't necessarily benefit Trident.

- I think a useful approach would be for IBM to write 800x600 16 color
- and 1024x768 16 color "generic" drivers as well. (Actually, the
- 800x600 is already available -- Joel Armengaud wrote that.)
