- PC/DACS provides this sort of feature. It is available for the price
- of $49 if you mention the OS/2 Coupon Book. (See the FAQ List for
- details.)

-
- IBM has released several, but you have to go download them. (They are
- available via anonymous ftp from ftp-os2.nmsu.edu or
- software.watson.ibm.)
-
- I tend to prefer this method -- bitmaps take up a lot of disk space.
- Or would you like to see a 30th floppy diskette? :-)

-
- Agreed. With jump scrolling and the ability to use ATM monospaced
- typefaces.

-
- Agreed, although third parties have done a fine job here. Take a look
- at INIMaint and the Config Editor, both available via anonymous ftp
- from ftp-os2.nmsu.edu (check /pub/os2/00Index for location).

- The pair of manuals you can order from IBM are quite respectable.
- They also don't cost all that much.

- The 2.1 beta draft documentation refers to copying the two INI files
- to move or backup the desktop. Evidently IBM has relocated some of
- the desktop into these INI files; move the INI files to another
- machine and you move the desktop, it seems. I haven't verified this
- assertion yet.
-
- >8. Fixing Win-OS/2 sessions (mine die sometimes)

- Known bug -- this is beta code, after all.
-

-
- The jump scrolling would help, naturally.
