  11. I don't know what I did, but now all my DOS boxes (including
  12. fullscreen WINOS2) are hiccupping.  They'll run for a bit, then slow
  13. down to a complete crawl, then pick up again, then crawl.  Even the
  14. mouse pointer in winos2 stops moving.

  16. I've tried playing with VIDEO_RETRACE_EMULATION, VIDEO_ROM_EMULATION,
  17. and even have set IDLE_SENSITIVITY to 100.  No help there.  I've tried
  18. killing everything that I have at startup.  No change.  I removed
  19. logdaem and the log$ device.  Nuttin'.

  21. The only thing I've done to my system recently is to change my menu
  22. and title bar fonts for the desktop.  But that was over a week ago,
  23. and this problem just materialized yesterday.

  25. Has anyone seen behavior like this and/or knows what's causing it?

  27. The system is a Packard Bell ISA 486/33, 8meg, 120mb (2xHPFS,1xFAT),
  28. Orchid F1280 S3 video 1024x768x256 (winos2 in regular vga mode, dos
  29. programs in regular vga except WP5.1/dos in 132x60), GA+SP 2.0 ...
