  13. I received a letter from Proportional signed by the company's President
  14. Max L. Eidswick.

  16. In it, he explained that the delay was caused by an OS/2 kernel bug as
  17. well as the pending release of 2.1. He also goes on to say that the
  18. delays were regrettable but necessary in providing a high quality product.

  20. I think the guys from Proportional are on the level but delays do have
  21. a way of getting on people.. like me.
