- I can confirm that Norton Speed Disk is safe (use the version
- from NDW 2 or
- NU 6); out of interest I marked all of OS/2s
- system/hidden/read only files as
- moveable, Speedisk defragged these too, again with no
- problem. It is also
- beneficial to delete swapper.dat and run chkdsk /f before
- defragging.
