  13. My OS/2 2.0, from the official distribution and unmodified
  14. now dies while booting.

  16. At the end, it prints c0000005 and then stops completely.

  18. And now it won't boot from floppy disks, either.
  19. When it asks for disk one, the light never goes out,
  20. it doesn't do anything if I put disk one in.
  21. Even ctrl-alt-del won't get it out.

  23. The only change made recently is a replacement of the
  24. VGA card, but it has worked since then.  This is the
  25. first try with the floppies since the VGA change.
  26. The old VGA died.

  28. I presume the c0000005 is an error code, but I don't
  29. know where to look it up.
