  27. Set an envronment variable:
  28. SET DVISCR= /oa=14 /ocr=1 /s=4

  30. or alternatively put the switches on the command line.

  32. The /oa switch selects the screen--in this case VGA.  The /ocr is the
  33. color of the ruler.  The /s switch is the default viewing size.
