- Set an envronment variable:
- SET DVISCR= /oa=14 /ocr=1 /s=4

- or alternatively put the switches on the command line.

- The /oa switch selects the screen--in this case VGA. The /ocr is the
- color of the ruler. The /s switch is the default viewing size.
