  15. Has anyone seen this with OS/2 2.1 Beta:

  17. Upon boot up, the message:

  19.     SYS1200:  The system cannot create the DOS environment.  The error
  20.           code is 0002.
  21.  
  22. Basically, something is looking for a file somewhere and it can't find it.
  23. I have no idea what's missing.  I have compared my directory trees between
  24. 2.1b and GA and have found no *major* differences. I have also installed
  25. 2.1b on three different machines and got this same error message.

  27. How can one run WINOS231 without at DOS environment?
