  34. Well, I just confirmed it: 4dos 4.0X crashes the session when called 
  35. after OS2Speed is loaded. So with 4dos as my primary dos shell loading
  36. OS2Speed, things work fine, but as soon as some program tries to 
  37. shell out (with 4dos as the SECONDARY shell) I get a crash. I don't 
  38. get the problem with command.com (though I do if I load OS2Speed from
  39. a command.com shell and THEN run 4dos).

  41. One option that I've checked (with a good result) is to set 
  42. COMSPEC to command.com so that secondary shells are not 4dos. I'd 
  43. certainly prefer to have 4dos as the secondary shell too, but I'll live
  44. with this... Still, if any of you can think of a better solution, let 
  45. me know.
