- The game hints file on ftp-os2.nmsu.edu suggests running sbfmdrv before
- starting Civilization. It worked for me. (The hints file gives suggestions
- for running games under OS/2; it's at 2.0/info/games10a.txt).

- I've found that Civ will crash in a fullscreen session if it's not given
- HW timer on.
