  11. Anyone installed WP4W 5.2 on 2.1 beta?  I cannot choose those windoze printer
  12. drivers.  Whenever I choose one of them, it says "Invalid printer file."
  13. When I choose "Update," the message is something like "WIN2WRS.EXE causes
  14. a GP fault" or "Division by zero," etc.  My understanding (maybe wrong) is
  15. that when a windoze printer driver is chosen, the WIN2WRS.EXE in \WPWIN
  16. will make a .WRS file from the .DRV file in ..\WINOS2\SYSTEM for the printer.
  17. WP4W 5.1 can do this flawlessly, but 5.2 can't.

  19. I still remember someone said that WP4W 5.2 was even OS/2 aware, etc., etc.
  20. That's one of the reason that we got the upgrade.  Such claims seem to be
  21. misleading, since my experience tells me that even the installation was full
  22. of trouble.  The ATM 2.5 was quite OK, but both 5.2 itself and Grammatik 5
  23. caused trouble during their installations.  It was the fifth time that I
  24. finally get the Grammatik installed completely, the other tries always being
  25. dead during the processes.

  27. The Fax/PM driver can be chosen and works correctly.
