  30.   I have also heard that these $5billion losses declared by IBM
  31. have MUCH to do with new government regulations.  Something about
  32. declaring employee retirement costs now instead of at retirement,
  33. and hence, a lump of such costs which will never show up again.
  34.   Either way, no need to panic folks, IBM isn't going ANWHERE
  35. (except up?).
