- I have also heard that these $5billion losses declared by IBM
- have MUCH to do with new government regulations. Something about
- declaring employee retirement costs now instead of at retirement,
- and hence, a lump of such costs which will never show up again.
- Either way, no need to panic folks, IBM isn't going ANWHERE
- (except up?).
