- Where and when did they promise this? I still haven't seen an answer to
- this question. I can't find anything about "We promise we'll give you OS/2
- 2.1 for free" in my 2.0 box. If it was in a press release of some kind, will
- someone please post it here?
- Head and Shoulders recently came up with a "new and improved" version of
- their product, but when I called them on the phone saying I had bought the
- previous version and wanted a free upgrade, they just laughed at me. :) :) :)
