  12. Maybe IBM should offer 2 packages:

  14.     Package 1 = All windows 3.1 support in OS/2
  15.             User pays IBM price + Royalty price
  16.  
  17.     Package 2 = All windows 3.1 support if you stick the windows 3.1
  18.             installation disk in the drive when prompted
  19.             User pays IBM price (MS already got their money)
  20.  
  21. This does not imply that IBM price has to be >$0, just that if you bought
  22. windows 3.1 from MS, IBM shouldn't have to pay them for it.
