- Maybe IBM should offer 2 packages:

- Package 1 = All windows 3.1 support in OS/2
- User pays IBM price + Royalty price

- Package 2 = All windows 3.1 support if you stick the windows 3.1
- installation disk in the drive when prompted
- User pays IBM price (MS already got their money)

- This does not imply that IBM price has to be >$0, just that if you bought
- windows 3.1 from MS, IBM shouldn't have to pay them for it.
