  13. In sifting through the Borland C++ for Windows documentation of Win3.1 API
  14. calls (as part of doing some heavy testing with MS Test, but that's a different
  15. story), I've come across a couple references to a "debugging version" of
  16. Win3.1.
  17.  
  18. Does such a beast exist?  And if so, what must one do to obtain it?  It sounds
  19. as if it would be VERY useful to our development efforts here...
