  24. I have the T130B card rather than the T128, but trantor talks 
  25. about both cards (see the NT readme file) in the section on setting
  26. interrupt jumpers for NT.  Under DOS, the T130 driver doesn't use
  27. interrupts, and the jumper default on my card was set to disable
  28. all interrupts (for use under DOS).  The NT driver documentation
  29. indicates the NT driver requires an interrupt (IRQ5 by default)
  30. set on the card.  If your T128 card has no IRQ selected, it could
  31. hang while booting, waiting for an interrupt from the card.
