  27. A dependency service is another Service, that needs to run, when you
  28. start a specific service. Since your problem is TCP/IP related, it is
  29. most obvious, that your network card is not initialized correctly.
  30. Check IRQ, I/O Addr and RAM Addr.

  39. Insert the NT boot disk and from the menu choose "(R)epair a damaged
  40. NT system". You will be prompted to insert the emergency repair disk.
