  12.     Is anyone has experience with the Borland's BRIEF 3.1. I have 
  13. been using the IDE (Integrated Development Environment) which comes with
  14. the Borland C++ 3.1. I think this version of IDE is fascinating but like to
  15. find out more about BRIEF 3.1. Does BRIEF 3.1 provide any advantage over
  16. the IDE of BC++ 3.1? Which is superior in term of coding tool? Any advise or
  17. comment will be very much appreciated.
