  11. I have contacted M-S support repeatedly on this problem but they haven't 
  12. been able to help.  If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it as
  13. this is a fault in my major project at work.

  18.   I am trying to write a fortran (M-S V5.1) DLL to access a random file but
  19. every time I read/write a GPF occurs.  Opening and closing of the file
  20. seems to work fine.  Also sequential files work like a charm.  The
  21. fortran code works fine as part of a DOS program, but I need it to work
  22. when called from Visual Basic.

  24. I have:- DOS 5, SDK, FORTRAN 5.01, WIN 3.1, VB 1 (??).

  26.   If you have (or could write?) a piece of code to act as a guide that
  27. would be great.
