  14. Hi all.  Would anybody know if the source code from the excellent
  15. book by Paul Dilascia, Windows++, is available via FTP anywhere?
  16. The author wants $25 US for the source disk, which is not excessive
  17. but once you factor in the exchange rate, canadian postal rate, 
  18. bank fees for the money order, it adds up pretty quick.
