  28. It's documented in the "SDK Reference" help file you get with the Windows
  29. 3.1 SDK.  Search on "Executable File-Header Format".  I don't recall having
  30. seen it in any of the manuals, but there's *lots* of useful stuff in the
  31. on-line help files that isn't in the printed manuals!
