- Another solution is to configure the monochrome card such that the address
- ranges of the monochrome card (2nd graphic page) and the VGA do not overlap.
- I once had a utility to do that, but I don't remember the exact name of
- it, the command was something like "gmode half". There should be a bit in
- one of the configuration registers of the monochrome card to disable the
- upper half of display memory (which you don't need in text mode)
