  16. The company that I am currently working for is about to purchase a MS-Windows 3.x
  17. programming utility of some kind.  My boss mentioned getting Visual Basic but
  18. I told him to let me look into it a little further before he bought anything.

  20. Therefore, I need information about MS-Windows programming utilities.  If you 
  21. program in Windows, (I do not care if it is with C++ or an object oriented
  22. package) PLEASE let me know what you are using along with its strengths and
  23. weaknesses.
