- The company that I am currently working for is about to purchase a MS-Windows 3.x
- programming utility of some kind. My boss mentioned getting Visual Basic but
- I told him to let me look into it a little further before he bought anything.

- Therefore, I need information about MS-Windows programming utilities. If you
- program in Windows, (I do not care if it is with C++ or an object oriented
- package) PLEASE let me know what you are using along with its strengths and
- weaknesses.
