- I just finished writing a CD Player for Win3.1, and I put in all the
- hooks to add a CD Database later. The reason I didn't add it yet is that I
- don't know of any MCI (or even DOS) call to get a unique name/label for an
- audio CD. Microsoft uses a label like this for the CD Player they provide with
- NT, but never mentions how they do it. A unique label is necessary to show the
- correct information (like song titles) for a CD. So, does anybody know of any
- MCI call I can make from Win3.1 to do this sort of thing? Your help would be
- greatly appreciated... Post or e-mail the response.
