  13. I'm trying to find out how to access the joystick services documented in
  14. the MultiMedia Programmers Reference.  When I call joyGetNumDevs, I get 0 on
  15. a system with 1 joystick.  It looks like I need a joystick driver (just
  16. as one needs a PC Speaker driver to produce WAV audio) but I can't find one.

  18. Do you need a joystick driver, and if so, where can one be obtained?
