  15.   I have a program that establishes a DDE link with Excel(English
  16. Version). I was wondering if a user ran the program on a system with a
  17. foreign version of Excel(ie French), Would the DDE commands such
  18. "System, SAVE(), etc", function or would they have to translated into
  19. the language being used?
