  19. Have you checked out the SDK manual "The WIndows Interface:
  20. An Application Design Guide"
  21. There was a card in my SDK that I sent in to get the
  22. book for free. It's about 200 pages and it describes
  23. the standard that Microsoft wants to see (of course they
  24. don't always follow it :-) )
