  20. Actually, As of Windows 3.1 you want "The Windows Interface: An
  21. Application Design Guide" written by Microsoft.  I received my copy as
  22. part of the 3.1 SDK documentation.  The Mocrosoft document number is
  23. PC28921-0692.
