  13. I want to start Windows and DOS programms (e.g. Excel or PKZip) from self 
  14. written Borland C++ (version 3.1) programms. Unfortunately the "orginal" 
  15. functions spawn and exec are only working under DOS, not with Windows?
  16.  
  17. Any suggestions for solving this problem?
