  14. I've just got hold of ctl3d, and like it lots.  It does everything
  15. that you might want of it, without being bloated a la Borland.

  18. Unfortunately, there are two problems with it that are killers from my
  19. point of view;

  21. (a) There's no 32-bit version for NT.
  22.  
  23. (b) 16-bit apps which use ctl3d running under NT (October release)
  24.     don't get the 3d effect :-( Presumably this is because of the
  25.     version checking.

  27. Any chance of a fix to the above two?
