- In sifting through the Borland C++ for Windows documentation of Win3.1 API
- calls (as part of doing some heavy testing with MS Test, but that's a
- different story), I've come across a couple references to a "debugging
- version" of Win3.1.

- Does such a beast exist? And if so, what must one do to obtain it? It
