  14. In sifting through the Borland C++ for Windows documentation of Win3.1 API
  15. calls (as part of doing some heavy testing with MS Test, but that's a
  16. different story), I've come across a couple references to a "debugging
  17. version" of Win3.1.

  19. Does such a beast exist?  And if so, what must one do to obtain it?  It
  20. sounds
  21. as if it would be VERY useful to our Windows development efforts here...
