  12. When I load a Borland C shareware, only bwcc.dll is loaded and the shareware
  13. is not loaded.  Then I run the program again and it is ok.  After I exit it and
  14. start a Borland C program (the same program as before or not), it is also ok.  
  15. When I have retarted the windows or have used some program to terminate the
  16. bwcc.dll, the problem happens again.  I have to load a Borland C program twice.
  17. Can anyone help me?
