  13. Hi,
  14.     we have  a machine with an WD8003E with
  15.     interrupt set to 2, address D000 and port 280h.
  16.     We use Windows for Workgroups, with its software
  17.     to run the network.
  18.  
  19.     When we put a PAS16 in it and got the latest software
  20.     from CICA, it halted windows whenever windows was
  21.     loaded.  We have used vanilla windows, etc. and
  22.     still windows halts.
  23.  
  24.     We log in to the network first, before loading windows.
  25.  
  26. The PAS16 is set up as standard according to the manual.

  28. I am looking for a kind soul, who will help me over
  29. this problem.  I think details such as autoexec.bat, config.sys
  30. system.ini, protocol.ini, win.ini, and a desciption of
  31. hardware setup will help.

  33. We have been able to get it to work with a PC without the
  34. WD8003E and no network software.
