- I had a similar problem before. But then my HD crashed and I had to
- re-install everything from scratch and the problem miraculously
- disappeared. The only difference that I can think of is that formerly
- I had win3.0 and then install win3.1 as an upgrade. When I rebuild,
- it make sense to install win3.1 straight in.
