  13. Someone mentioned that there is a file called "compat.exe" that will
  14. fix many problems with Norton Desktop for Windows.  Since people
  15. apparently have this file, is there any way they could upload it
  16. to an FTP site so others can get it without making a long-distance
  17. call?  Or is there a way to get this file cheaply?  Will Symantec
  18. send it to you on a disk?
