The file you want is TDSVGA.ZIP.  It contains, among others, svga.dll.  I
downloaded this just last night and it works with my ATI Ultra Pro.

The TDASVGA.ZIP does not show up on a search for files (at least not the
way I was doing it.  Just type in the file name.  It's there.  --gary
