- I apologize if I overreacted. It seems that so often I see a reply
- posted that is esentially useless, i.e., "You want to do _what_ under
- DOS? Why don't you switch to Unix.", or "It's easy to write
- yourself.", with nothing more. (If the poster knew how to write a
- short utility, he/she probably wouldn't ask about it.) These are not
- generally helpful responses and I'm afraid I saw one more than I could
- handle.
