  11.     Are there any PD libraries or source codes for treating PC
  12. serial ports like UNIX ports ie.like files. Preferably with functions to
  13. do things like report back the number of bytes available to read etc.
  14.     Thanks for any quick responses as I need these functions in a
  15. hurry otherwise I would write them myself. Cheers.
